Come join us for 8 week of delightful yoga classes with the beautiful Erin. Starting Thursday 29th October till the 17th of December.

6.00pm you will be greeted with a refreshing drink and 15 minutes allowing you to really ground yourself, take your time and relax into your class starting at 6.15-7.30 with a 15 minute meditation to end the class. 

Come and reconnect with your body and soul in this peaceful and grounding space. This 8 week course is designed to find some quiet and calm as we head into the busy end of the year. 

We will be exploring the tradition of yoga through movement, breath and meditation. It's not about fancy technical moves, it is about allowing your body to be felt, giving it the space to be heard. So often we go about our day not noticing pains, tightness , stiffness and aches in our body. Our body is trying to talk to us and we will take the time to listen and soothe. 

Erin runs her classes with pure soul, her words and council will guide you gently, with a few jokes thrown in to lighten the mood. 

You're invited to show up as you are - all abilities welcome. This is not a dedicated yoga studio so please bring your own yoga mat and any other props you like to practice with - blankets, bolster, cushions, blocks, eye pillow etc.
